How to edit existing deals?

Edit an Existing Deal

You can update or modify any of your previously added deals through the platform’s deal management interface. Follow the steps below to edit an existing deal.

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

  1. Open your web browser and go to the SaaS platform URL.

  2. Enter your email address and password.

  3. Click the Login button to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Deals Section

  1. On the left-hand navigation menu, click Deals.

  2. You will be directed to the Deal List, which displays all deals you have previously added.

Step 3: Open the Deal You Want to Edit

  1. Locate the specific deal you wish to update in the Deal List.

  2. Click the View/Edit button beside the corresponding deal entry.

  3. This will take you to the Deal Details Page.

Step 4: Expand the Section You Want to Edit

  1. The Deal Details Page is divided into collapsible sections, such as:

    • Deal Title

    • Deal Terms

    • Deal Updates

  2. Click the dropdown arrow at the far right of the section you wish to edit.

Step 5: Make Your Edits

  1. Within the expanded section, click the Edit button.

  2. Modify the necessary fields with updated information.

Ensure you submit changes for each section before moving on to another.

Step 6: Submit Your Changes

  1. After making your updates, click the Submit button to save changes.

  2. You can see the saved edits made and move on to other other sections you want to edit.
