Managing Investors:
How to Upload or Manage Investor Documents
The Investors
tab in the Ashta.ai Admin Dashboard gives Admin users full control over
investor data—including the ability to upload, manage, and review investor
documents with ease. This guide will walk you through each step to locate an
investor, access their Documents section, and perform actions
related to document management.
Step 1: Access the Investors Tab
From your Admin
Dashboard:
Click on the
"Investors" tab on the right-side panel.
This opens a
complete list of all investor records in the system.
Step 2: Find the Investor
To find the
investor whose documents you want to manage:
Use the Search
bar to locate them by Email address or Full Name.
Use the Filters
to narrow results based on:
Investor
Type
(e.g., Individual or Entity)
Date Range
(based on
the registration or onboarding timeline)
Step 3: Add a New Investor (If Needed)
If the investor
doesn’t already exist:
Click the ‘+
Add New’ button in the top-right corner.
Fill in the
required information to create a new investor profile.
Once created, you
can immediately manage their documents by following the next steps.
Step 4: Open the Investor’s Profile
Click on the
name of the investor from the list.
This will
open their full profile view, organized into separate tabs for easy
navigation.
Step 5: Navigate to the “Documents” Tab
Within the
investor profile:
Select the “Documents”
tab.
Here you’ll
see all previously uploaded documents associated with this investor.
These may
include:
ID proofs
(passport, driver’s license)
Signed
agreements
Compliance
forms
Risk
disclosures
Financial
suitability confirmations
Step 6: Upload New Documents
To upload new
documents:
Click the “Upload”
or relevant action button (based on the UI).
Choose the
appropriate file from your computer.
Label or
categorize the document as needed.
Confirm and
upload.
The file will now
be visible under the Documents tab for this investor, available to download or
review anytime.
Step 7: Perform Investor-Specific Document
Actions
Under the Actions
menu in the investor profile, Admins can also:
Add
Quarterly Statement
Upload and associate the investor’s quarterly investment report.
Add Annual
Statement
Share the investor’s annual performance summary.
Add Tax
Statement
Provide tax-related statements for year-end filing.
View
Statements
Preview all uploaded statements in one place, categorized by type and
date.
These actions are
designed to keep investors informed and compliant with reporting obligations.
Pro Tip
To update ID
verification or document-based KYC steps, you can also:
Go to the Insider
Status and AML tab.
Perform
actions or trigger re-verification as needed.
If required, use
the Reset ID Verification option under the Actions menu to initiate a
new identity check.

Documents section, Admins have centralized control over critical investor
files—from onboarding to compliance and reporting. Whether you're uploading
financial statements or updating KYC documentation, the process is intuitive
and secure.
